  1. Create an account (Access Code: pioneer). 

  2. Complete the Work, Skills, and Values assessments (and others if you’d like). 

  3. Review recommended occupations/majors and save favorites. 

  4. Schedule a Career Appointment to discuss your results.

College Central Network (CCN)

All BC3 students are pre-registered before the semester begins. Use CCN to find jobs/internships, work-study openings, create résumés/portfolios, and access career resources (including a podcast). 

Activate your account 

  1. Go to collegecentral.com/bc3 → select Students. 

  2. Click Activate under the login box. 

  3. Enter your 7-digit BC3 ID (no “b”) and myBC3 email, then set a password and finish your profile.
