Our programs, with the support of grants, help promote cybersecurity awareness and responsibility no matter what career you choose. Our IT programs focus on detecting and protecting corporate data.
Computer Information Systems - Networking and Cybersecurity, A.A.S.
Cybersecurity is one of today’s most in-demand tech fields—and this program gives you the skills to get started. The Networking and Cybersecurity A.A.S. degree prepares you to install, manage, and protect computer networks in businesses, schools, hospitals, and other organizations.
You’ll gain experience with hardware, operating systems, Linux, server environments, cybersecurity tools, and security protocols. Whether you're aiming to become a network administrator or enter the cybersecurity field, this hands-on program sets you up for success in a rapidly growing industry.

Detect and Protect
We are using Department of Defense and Appalachian Regional Commission ARISE grants to increase students’ completion rates in certification programs and to strengthen the cybersecurity workforce. The grants enable students in BC3 programs that emphasize cybersecurity education to receive:
- Scholarships up to $950
- Free course materials
- Free professional certification exam bootcamps and exam vouchers
- Guidance toward paid internships

BC3's Business & Information Technology Division is nationally accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs for the offering of all business programs that culminate in the associate of science
or associate of applied science degrees.
