Take BC3 College Courses Without Leaving Your High School

BC3’s College Within the High School program allows you to earn transferrable college credit during your regular school day—right at your high school. These courses follow the same curriculum and quality standards as all BC3 courses and are taught by qualified instructors at your school.

Program Highlights

  • Available to grades 10–12 at participating high schools
  • Follows your high school’s daily schedule and calendar
  • Transferable credits to to many other colleges and universities.

Eligibility & Requirements

GPA requirements help ensure students are ready for college-level coursework. 

  • Sophomores: 3.25 cumulative, unweighted GPA
  • Juniors: 3.00 cumulative, unweighted GPA
  • Seniors: 2.75 cumulative, unweighted GPA

Steps to Enroll

Follow these steps: 

Ask what BC3 courses are available at your school.

Fill out an online application and registration form (available at your high school). 

Your school will help you complete this.

Return your completed application and registration form to your school counselor or principal. They will send the information to BC3.

2025-26 Tuition Rates

During Regular School Hours

Classes taught during the regular school day at your high school:

High School Location 3-Credit Course 4-Credit Course
Butler County $225 $300
Out of County $250 $325

Outside Regular School Hours

Classes taught outside regular school hours or in special circumstances: 

High School Location Tuition + Fees Total
Butler County $420 tuition + $30 fee $450 per 3-credit course
Out-of-County $444 tuition + $30 fee $474 per 3-credit course

How to Pay

Payment is due within 10 days of receiving your bill. Payments cannot be made by phone.

  • Log in to your myBC3 portal
  • Go to the “Tuition, Fees & Payment” card
  • Select “Make Payment” to access the billing center
